Body and arm posture is undoubtedly one of the biggest challenges in learning to play the guitar, regardless of our effort or teaching methods. At the same time, lesson time in the classroom is very limited, and within these constraints it is almost impossible to establish and reinforce correct posture—especially since students practice most of the time at home without supervision, often in an incorrect position.
