Tanja Velkov Garagić is a social worker and practitioner with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals in distress and their families.
She brings together social work, psychotherapy, and modern mind-body techniques to support emotional well-being and resilience. Her work focuses on helping people better understand and navigate stress, anxiety, and the effects of difficult life experiences.
She is trained in Gestalt experiential family therapy (Kempler Institute) and in EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and Matrix Reimprinting with Karl Dawson, the founder of the method.
In her workshop, she introduces practical tools that participants can explore as support in managing stress and emotional tension, especially in situations such as performance anxiety.
